Till The Stars Come Down announces West End Transfer

The National Theatre’s sold-out productionTill the Stars Come Downwill transfer to London’s West End this summer for a limited run. Co-produced with Eleanor Lloyd Productions, Fiery Angel, Short Street Productions, and Access Entertainment, the play will be staged at the Theatre Royal Haymarket from 1 July to 27 September 2025. Tickets go on sale to the public on 20 March at 12pm, starting at £20, with on-stage seating available.

Written by Beth Steel,Till the Stars Come Downportrays a family grappling with a changing world. Directed by Bijan Sheibani, the play received critical acclaim during its run at the Dorfman Theatre last year and was nominated for Best New Play at the 2024 Olivier Awards.

The production centers on Sylvia and Marek’s wedding, exploring family dynamics and the limits of love. Audience members can immerse themselves in the experience with on-stage seating.

The creative team includes set and costume designer Samal Blak, lighting designer Paule Constable, choreographer Aline David, sound designer Gareth Fry, and others. Casting will be announced later.

Supported by American Express, the West End run promises to bring this “break-out hit of 2024” to a wider audience.
