The acclaimed one-person musical Kenrex returns London with a stint at The Other Palace Theatre this winter, following sold-out runs in Sheffield and Southwark.
Written by Jack Holden and Ed Stambollouian(who also directs) Kenrex tells the compelling true story of Ken Rex McElroy, a notorious figure from Skidmore, Missouri, whose murder in 1981 stunned the town. Holden stars, performing multiple roles alongside live music by John Patrick Elliott, whose Americana-inspired score intensifies the show’s chilling atmosphere.
The production runs from 3 December 2025 to 1 February 2026, with a creative team including Anisha Fields (design), Joshua Pharo (lighting and video), Giles Thomas (sound), and Sarah Golding (movement). James Anderton serves as production manager.
