Michael Spicer brings his original YouTube series to the stage. In his Room Next Door videos, Spicer feeds answers to politicians during their interviews as if he is being listened to through a headpiece. Over the interview Spicer becomes more and more frustrated at their answers.
Spicer makes his online videos into a full stage production. He takes the time away from the skits to also discuss the journey to becoming viral hit. However, the clips take the limelight of the show as he mocks politicians and even guests like Justin Bieber.
Although there was new material from Spicer , many of the segments are reused stuff already seen on his channel.
A show highlight is a scene featuring Jose Mourinho, the material is fresh and incredibly funny. Finally, at the end of the show Spicer reads a genuine newspaper story that is titled ‘The Memories Live On’. This has to be one of the craziest and funniest newspaper errors in history and when read aloud by Spicer has the audience erupting in laughter.
Spicer brings his virtual skits to a live audience – It works extremely well and is broken up naturally with the truth of going viral. If you have seen Michael Spicer before or not this is not one to be missed.
