Musical theatre fans are in for a treat this month as West End leading lady Sophie Isaacs (Six, Heathers, Kinky Boots) prepares to headline SingFest, a spectacular singalong concert taking place on 15 February at the iconic Cadogan Hall.
The event promises a night of high-energy performances and community spirit, all while raising vital funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity and the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Isaacs will be joined by an impressive roster of West End talent, including friends and former castmates from the original London productions of Heathers and Kinky Boots. The guest list features: Carrie Hope Fletcher, Emma Crossley, Chloe Hart, Amy Ross, Bleu Woodward and Rebecca Lock
The setlist is a “who’s who” of musical theatre hits, featuring showstoppers from beloved productions such as Les Misérables, Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera, and Six.
What sets SingFest apart is the invitation for the audience to become part of the show. With lyrics projected onto a large screen, attendees can sing along with their favourite stars. The professional soloists will be backed by 500 members of the Sing Space Musical Theatre Choir, which has earned the title of the UK’s fastest-growing musical theatre choir.
“I’m thrilled to be joining my friends to celebrate music and friendship in support of two charities very close to my heart,” said Sophie Isaacs. “I’m delighted to sing with my dear friends and the brilliant Sing Space Musical Theatre Choir.”
