How would you describe your show in one sentence?
A hilarious cowboy show for kids.
Is this your first visit to the VAULT Festival, if so what interesting tales have you been told about what to expect?
I was performing Squidboy in the very first week of the festival, when we entered to do the tech rehearsal I thought “I wonder how they will get this all together in time”, By the time I returned to perform that same night the venue was looking incredible and running as if it was a well-oiled machine. The people involved in making this festival happen are quite possibly witches wizards trained at Hogwarts.
How has the show developed on the way to the tunnels?
It started with nothing, spent a long time being nothing and when it first appears in the mini-Vaults festival it will be on its way to being something.
How have you been preparing for VAULT Festival?
Lots of stretching, protein shakes, internet shopping, massage, breakfast in bed, international travel, cuddles, and I’m learning to speak Swedish.
What do you think sets your show apart from all the other festival offerings?
It’s the best one because it has a hilarious cowboy and a stinky cat. do other show’s have those things? No! I didn’t think so.
What’s the show that you don’t want to miss at this year’s VAULT Festival (apart from your own!)?
James Rowland’s Viking Show.
If your show was a creature lurking in the depths of a dark tunnel what would it be?
A stinky cat with glowing hazel eyes.
Trygve Wakenshaw will be performing A Pony For Your Thoughts at the VAULT Festival 13 &14 February 2016
