With over 3000 shows at the world’s biggest arts festival, here at The ReviewsHub,we want to make the job of choosing your Edinburgh Festival Fringe shows that little bit easier. So here’s Ed Gamble answering our annual Five Fast Fringe Questions.
In one sentence tell us about your show.
A stand-up comedy show which features at least ten minutes about one particular vegetable and also some jokes about tea towels.
What made you decide to bring a show this year?
I come every year. It’s this or a nice relaxing holiday and who wants that?
Any advice you’ve heard or can give to anyone coming to the Fringe for the first time?
Support other shows, sleep well and sit on your hand for a bit and it feels like someone else is doing it.
What makes your show stand out from all of the others on offer? (Don’t say that it’s because you’re in it!)
There is a live wolf in it. (Also, I lie in the press more than anyone else.)
What show, other than your own, do you not want to miss?
Too many – British comedy is very, very healthy. I’ll just make one up so I don’t offend anyone. Mr Trombone’s Dick Hammer at Zoo Backside.
