FIFTY WORD FRINGE PITCH…Umbrella Man

With time being precious during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe we challenged this year’s acts to deliver a 50-word elevator pitch for their show. This time it’s the turn of…Umbrella Man.

Your pitch:

Umbrella Man is a Scottish spoken-word story about a man who tries to prove the Earth is flat. Imagine if Phoebe Waller-Bridge tried to write the Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner after a week-long bender in Inverness. Add live music, beautiful singing and daft comedy, and you’ll get Umbrella Man.
What other show shouldn’t we miss? Men with Coconuts

Venue: Summerhall Red Lecture Theatre
Dates: Jul 31 Aug 1-6, 8-11, 13-19, 21-25
