FIFTY WORD FRINGE PITCH…Joz Norris

With time being precious during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe we challenged this year’s acts to deliver a 50-word elevator pitch for their show. This time it’s the turn of… Joz Norris.

Your pitch:

A figment of my imagination that I created so I could hide from myself has come alive and thinks he can make a comedy show. He’s a live-action cartoon character called Mr Fruit Salad and most of his show consists of his trying to say hello to the audience.
What other show shouldn’t we miss? My show this year co-stars the amazing Ben Target, and I think his show, which is all about goodbyes, is going to be really worth a watch. He is one of a handful of comics who can just effortlessly tap into real depths of feeling that I really aspire to try and find in my own shows. He’s amazing.

Name of your show: Joz Norris Is Dead. Long Live Mr Fruit Salad.
Venue: Heroes @ The Hive
Dates: Aug 1-8, 10-25
Time: 16:40
