FIFTY WORD FRINGE PITCH…Ffion Jones

With time being precious during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe we challenged this year’s acts to deliver a 50-word elevator pitch for their show. This time it’s the turn of…Ffion Jones

Your pitch:

A comedy theatre show about the future of national identity. Will Wales become a theme park if it has nothing else to offer? Ffion Jones is a talented improviser, writer and performer who has been approached to write for Big Talk, BBC and Rubber Chicken.
What other show shouldn’t we miss?

Bismillah! An ISIS Tragicomedy, also at Underbelly. I saw this show at Edinburgh 2017 and Vault 2018. It does a beautiful job of blending theatre and comedy, which I also love to do.

Name of your show: The Wrong Ffion Jones

Venue: Delhi Belly, Underbelly Cowgate

Dates: Aug 1-11, 13-25

Time: 15:00
