FIFTY-WORD FRINGE PITCH: Chris Turner on his show We’re Where We Were.

With time being precious during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe we challenged this year’s acts to deliver a 50-word elevator pitch for their show. This time it’s the turn of Chris Turner on his show We’re Where We Were.

I’m almost certain that no other show will give you:

Free bananas.
Two mind-searing freestyle raps.
A new perspective on little forks.
The best way to tell someone their flies are down.
German loanwords, specially commissioned for this show.
If that sounds like a great night out, attend!

What other show shouldn’t we miss?

Matt Rees: Happy Hour. There are two comedians that every year I hope will do an hour, one of them quit comedy and the other is Matt Rees.

Name of the show: Chris Turner: We’re Where We Were

Venue: Pleasance Courtyard – Upstairs

Dates: 1 – 26 August  2018

Time: 21:45
