FIFTY WORD FRINGE PITCH…Ane City

With time being precious during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe we challenged this year’s acts to deliver a 50-word elevator pitch for their show. This time it’s the turn of Ane City.

Your pitch:

A quirky, coming of age story, combining Scots language, poetry, song and comedy. Tay returns to her hometown of Dundee for a summer of relaxation, drinking and self-discovery. But first she has to get through a night out with her friends hitting the streets of Dundee.
What other show shouldn’t we miss? Lucille and Cecilia by Bang Average Theatre, Cat Loud’s Torch Songs, Sugar by Lip Theatre Company and Gone Native.

Name of your show: Ane City
Venue: Assembly Roxy, Downstairs (Venue 139)
Dates: 31 July – 26 Aug
Time: 14:20
