The first shows of the 2016 Norfolk and Norwich Festival have been announced today [5 November].
Acts today include the UK Premiere of White Nights from the contemporary circus company Race Horse, a world premiere from composer Kemal Yusuf and a revival of National Theatre Scotland &National Theatre production of Rona Munro’s critically acclaimed The James Plays at Norwich’s Theatre Royal.
Other highlights announced today include Aurélien Bory’s Sans Object, a spectacular dance between man and machine and an epic staging of Mahler’s Symphony of a Thousand by Norwich Philharmonic.
The festival runs across Norwich from 13 – 29 May 2016 with full line-up still to be announced.
